We contacted Mike to do a home performance test on our home. We were very pleased with the entire process. He was very detailed with the report that explained where and how we could make changes. This aided us in making important changes to our home. Mike was always available for questions and more than willing to come to our home any day to help us with a project or run through our report. He was very knowledgeable on how to make the improvements and on whom we may contract with to complete them. In the end, Mike spent time explaining the final report and made sure we understood the improvements we had made. It is easy to see that Mike really enjoys what he does and doing home performance testing and home inspections is truly his passion.
